ILBRA Season runs March 1 to Oct 31
Mission:
The purpose of the association is to
promote and encourage barrel racing at the horse shows, to foster good sportsmanship, and to further spread interest in all barrel racing.
Membership:
Membership shall be open to anyone wishing to participate in our approved shows using our rules. A youth member shall be anyone who is 18 years and under as of January 1st. A adult member is anyone between the ages of 19-49. A Senior is anyone over the age of 50.
